Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities:
  • Assists in drafting of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and registration statements), press releases, and other financial compliance reports, including preparation of financial information for footnote disclosure
  • Maintains schedules supporting external reports and disclosures and ensures the accuracy of schedules prepared
  • Reviews financial information contained in presentations made by management

Senior Accountant Education and Experience requirements:
  • Accounting/Finance or related degree
  • Minimum 2 years public accounting or SEC Reporting experience
  • Working experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements and related SEC regulations
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Certified Public Accountant or candidate
