As a compliance specialist, your main responsibilities will include handling compliance-related issues and providing support during auditing and inspections. Your attention to detail and expertise will be crucial in maintaining our organization's commitment to regulatory adherence and ethical practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as the property's front desk presence, serving as the primary point of contact.

  • Conduct property recertifications and handle tenant issues.

  • Tour units for prospective tenants and answer incoming phone calls.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience with affordable housing (HUD,Section 8, tax credit etc)

  • Available for a full-time schedule
