Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Janitor/ maintenance person to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep building in clean, orderly, and working condition
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks required within a warehouse environment- i.e. : change water filters, make small repairs to walls, doors, etc.
  • Utilize warehouse equipment to perform job duties- i.e.: using skyjack to dust and clean high elevation areas.
  • Organize custodial closets and spaces
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Walk outside property for trash along the building
  • Have knowledge of touch-up painting/ spackling where needed

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Get along with dogs (A Must)
  • Experience handling a leaf blower to clear entry ways to building
  • Must get along well with others
  • Must speak English
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Able to travel to corporate office twice a month (Ahwatukee) We compensate travel and gas
  • Able to work during operational hours
