Job Title: Professional Cleaner (Home/Residential, Commercial)

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Professional Cleaners for both residential and commercial settings. As a Professional Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients. This position offers an opportunity to work independently, uphold high-quality cleaning standards, and contribute to creating a positive environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with established protocols and standards for both residential and commercial spaces.

· Sweep, mop, vacuum, and/or scrub floors.

· Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.

· Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

· Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.

· Handle and dispose of hazardous materials following safety guidelines.

· Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed.

· Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols at all times.

· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and requests courteously and promptly.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in professional cleaning preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.

· Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.

· Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.

· Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.

· Professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members.

· Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
