We have an immediate opening for an experienced Plumbing/Mechanical Estimator to join our team. Plumbing construction experience with at least three years of commercial and industrial estimating plumbing projects.

*Review of project plans and specifications to acquire competitive pricing for the scope of work needed.

*Prepare Submittals

* Communication with Architect and General Contractors

* Candidate should have experience using estimating software such as FastPipe, etc. to do accurate piping takeoff.

* Experience with BIM, VDC, Revit, NavisWorks
