We are seeking a Lead Teacher - Children's House (preschool-kindergarten), to join our growing team Montessori Certification preferred. Our dream individual is passionate about child centered learning, dependable, loves the outdoors, music, spreads joy and a life long love of learning in all they meet. Responsibilities:

• Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual, physical and creative growth
• Create a fun, diverse, healthy and safe learning environment
• Support schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families and peers
• Communicate with families on students' growth and progress

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields, including a Montessori classroom
• Passionate about working with children
• Be able to get up and down from the floor or ground
• Dependability and Punctuality
• Be able to plan curriculum and prepare materials and works for various classroom environments
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
