The Line Coordinator is responsible for the training of employees on the line in the proper packaging of finished goods to specifications.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

· Checking lot codes against work orders

· Verifying sticks placed on tables match corresponding IFC’s

· Counts based on product

· Proper counting methods

· Allergen procedures

· Working with Shift Manager and Team Lead

· Gluing of IFC’s

· Proper placement of hand placed wafers

· Movement from product to product

· Leakers

· Proper disposable of unusable sticks

· Proper cleaning methods

· Quality of sticks and IFC’s

· Tour of facility to show start to finish of product

· Proper handwashing

· Proper GMP’s

· Q &A sessions

· How to pack the product

· Having master cases available, who to speak with on getting more master cases

· Ability to be work in a face paced environment

· Ability to be flexible between the line and hand pack tables during down time

· Look for issues that the customer would reject

· Proper sealing of wafers

· Damaged boxes

· Teamwork within the packing area

· Gluing of IFC’s

· Allergen procedures

· Understanding of the machine

· Work with Production Manager and Team lead to ensure proper knowledge of the wafer machine

· Understanding of the waferring process to the IFC’s

· The correct layout from customer specs

· Proper placement of hand placed wafers
