DSJ Global is currently partnered with a global building materials manufacture seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success. This is a exciting opportunity to join a industry leader in the space at one of their pivotal locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a team of maintenance technicians in ensuring the optimal functioning of machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of previous supervisory experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong electrical background with proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and controls.
  • Proven track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs and improving equipment reliability.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
  • Technical degree or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related field is preferred.
