This position will be based in Lincoln, NE, with limited travel, and primarily focused on supporting our eight Lincoln pharmacies.

Responsibilities:

  • Training New Pharmacy Associates: Assist in training new pharmacy associates to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  • Filling In When Needed: Be available to fill in at various pharmacy locations on a request basis to provide additional support during busy periods or staff shortages.
  • Sharing Credentialing Responsibilities: Share credentialing responsibilities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of practice.
  • Supporting the Pharmacy Team: Provide support to our dedicated pharmacy team whenever they need assistance, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in the state of Nebraska.

- Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and patient care.
