Plant Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, scheduling, safety, and maintenance.
• Occasional operation of plant equipment and machinery.
• Implement strategies to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production/data to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Participate and ensure the plant and employees are in compliance with all MSHA inspections and regulatory authorities.
• Create a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and employee development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in manufacturing and production management.
• Knowledge in sand processing, plant production, electrical/hydraulic/water systems, pumps, motors, conveyors, and air systems.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot plant equipment and machinery.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting (50-100 lbs.) and climbing ladders/equipment.
• Effective communication skills. (verbal and written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at any given time.
