Role Overview:

As a Remote Sales Representative with The Carballo Agency, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide top-notch insurance solutions from the comfort of your own home. Armed with state-of-the-art technology and in-depth training, you'll connect with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored solutions that truly make a difference.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Engage in virtual consultations to understand clients' insurance requirements thoroughly.

  • Articulate the benefits of our insurance products and services with confidence and clarity.

  • Nurture leads and guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance.

  • Keep meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions using our advanced CRM system.

  • Collaborate closely with team members to refine sales strategies and exceed targets.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by staying abreast of industry trends, product updates, and cutting-edge sales techniques through continuous training and development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.

  • Willingness to obtain an insurance license (licensing assistance not provided).
