Onsite Desktop Project Technician- Alamo, TN

  • Start Date ASAP
  • Quick Video Interview will be required
  • Onsite Desktop Project Tech 1-2 months +
  • Console Cable
  • Labeling printer & sticker cassettes for labeling devices and cables
  • Flash Drive USB Stick (Carry 2 of 32 GB just to avoid any issues)
  • USB to Serial Converter Cable depending on the laptop
  • Tool kit to mount the devices on rack (like Screw Driver)
  • Laptop with Admin rights
  • Download Putty and Microsoft teams
  • 2 years of recent Desktop Support experience.
  • Imaging
  • Deployments
  • Windows OS
  • SW installs
  • End User Support
  • HW Break/Fix - Desktop/laptop
