We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager specializing in Dermatology practices, to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our dermatology clinics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Practice and Operations Management within the healthcare industry, preferably in private practice. Experience in the field of dermatology is a plus but not required. The Healthcare Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our dermatology practices, improving efficiency, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Organization and streamlining operations, positioning to expand to other suites in our building and opening up multiple locations, optimize financial budgeting and working with our CPA on business decisions, overseeing department KPIs. Making the practice operate more efficiently. Oversight and working with Project Manager, HR manager, the revenue cycle management team, and leads so we are all operating as one towards a common goal. I need a leader to steer everyone in the same direction. You will be the glue to keep the pieces together. Positive energy and pride in your role will be the goal to growing SOCAH Center.

1. Practice Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinics by multiple medical providers. 
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance overall efficiency.

2. Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

3. Financial Management:
- Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage budgets for each dermatology practice.
- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize financial performance.

4. Patient Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients throughout their journey in the dermatology clinics.
- Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and improve the quality of healthcare services provided by dermatology practitioners
- Implement quality assurance programs and initiatives.

6. Technology Integration:
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in healthcare and integrate relevant tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with and collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize healthcare information systems.

7. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure the dermatology practices adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor compliance measures.

8. Performance Metrics:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each clinic, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a Private Practice & Operations Management. It is a plus to have dermatology experience.
- Strong leadership and positive interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems and technology.
