We are seeking a friendly and team-oriented Lead Medical Assistant join our OB/GYN team. As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and answering phone calls in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Assisting Doctors and physicians with patient examination
  • Monitoring and measuring patients’ vital signs
  • Taking blood samples and preparing them for basic laboratory tests

​Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Phlebotomist Training
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Hours:

· Monday -Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

· Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30p.m
