We are seeking a Cafe' Manager to join our team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable eperience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all Cafe' activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food / beverage preparation
• Train and manage Cafe' personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet operational needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fast paced Cafe' service & operations or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Buck Cafe' sits among beautiful new exhibits in an air conditioned building and is the first and last impression that guests experience during their visit to the Zoo.
