ADA Therapy, Inc. is a Psychology/Educational private practice located in Fairfield, CT, serving the broader Fairfield County area. Our principal activities are providing in-home and community-based services for children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. We promote behavioral, developmental, educational and family services to help children develop to their highest potential.

We are seeking part-time employees (called “Mentors”) to work in the greater Fairfield, CT area, experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum, and their families. Tasks would include implementing behavioral and educational interventions, trips into the community, assistance with chores, activities of daily living, school-related activities (e.g., homework), socializing with other children, as well as serving as a role model of appropriate behavior. The employee will need to have flexible hours and his/her own transportation. Services are offered on weekdays after school, evenings, and weekends, with each staff person indicating their own availability.

We are looking for candidates who have a high school diploma or higher educational degrees or certifications, with a minimum of 2-years or more of experience working with behaviorally troubled children on the Autism Spectrum. Your experience could be as a para-professional in school settings, or as a Behavioral Technician, or other staff experienced with this population in other settings. Pay ranges from $23 to $30 per hour based on experience and skills.
