Holz and Henry, Inc. is seeking a Carpenter to join our team to assist in construction activities on various jobsites, working alongside Project Superintendent and Project Manager.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Must be able to read and understand project documents, including plans, shop drawings and construction details
• Must be able to perform rough carpentry with metal and wood applications
• Must be able to install and finish drywall
• Must be able to install ACT ceiling grid and tiles
• Must be able to install cabinets, wood trims, various doors and accompanying hardware as required
• Must have dependable transportation and tools as required
• Must be prepared and able to work on numerous jobsites as required each week

Physical Demands / Working Conditions:

• Able to access all areas of the jobsite including stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc.
• Capable of working in physical positions that may include kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting, bending over, etc.
• Must be able to move, carry, or position items weighing up to 75 pounds.

Education / Experience:

• Field experience in the construction industry
• OSHA certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25-$35 per hour
