The Warehouse & Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for:

 

- Overseeing the storage and distribution of promotional items across DFW and satellite warehouses.

- Inspecting and counting incoming items to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Managing the packing and shipping of orders, selecting the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods.

- Performing cycle counts of inventory and addressing any discrepancies.

- Operating company vehicles for special events and board meetings.

- Assisting with the maintenance of office facilities and grounds, including setting up rooms for meetings.

- Supporting the Manager by ensuring timely maintenance of vehicles and accurate record-keeping.

 

The ideal candidate will possess:

 

- A high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience in facilities management or warehouse operations.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and customers.

- Excellent organizational skills and the capability to work efficiently with all team members.

- Basic computer proficiency, including accurate and speedy typing for inventory management.

- A positive attitude that aligns with our company culture of being proactive, humble, and smart.

- The physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
