Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative supports our customers' needs and drives sales in a fast-paced team environment by providing accurate, timely and quality work. In this role you will promptly handle all customer service requests, including quotes, technical product information, product application questions, and consumer contract resolutions. You will work with multiple departments, including Order Entry, Manufacturing and Shipping to resolve questions on orders relating to pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms and part numbers.
Education, Experience and Preferred Skills
- High School diploma is required, some college is preferred.
- 2-3 years in a sales role.
- Electrical or industry related experience is desired.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Navision ERP or Business Central is a plus.
