ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and accurately logging all customer inquiries and issues into the help desk ticketing system.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software-related issues, including networking issues (TCP\IP), Microsoft Office suite, and custom applications.
  • Assisting end-users with equipment setup, including desktops, projectors, video conferencing systems, etc.
  • Building PCs for internal company use, including image creation/maintenance.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experienced providing 'white-glove' service.
  • Providing technical training and user education as needed.
  • Assisting with special project work as required.
  • Staying updated on current technology trends and practices.
  • Performing PC and printer repair tasks.
  • Providing white-glove service to senior leadership.
  • May require after-hours support (
