Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Account Manager located in Lavon, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating landscape maintenance projects, developing business opportunities, will be responsible for overseeing maintenance projects, managing client accounts, scheduling services, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate landscape maintenance projects based on client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship building. 
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. 
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction. 
  • Monitor industry trends and marker conditions to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Manage crews to fit to the property needs. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in landscape maintenance and irrigation
  • Strong project management and client relationship management skills
  • Some chemical knowledge, tree and plant maintenance, and irrigation 
  • Ability to schedule and coordinate maintenance services
  • Knowledge of landscaping best practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Physical stamina for outdoor work
