We know that there are a lot of early childhood teacher positions. You owe it to yourself to see what makes us different

  • You will be treated as a professional teacher, not a daycare worker. Our lead teachers create and implement their own lesson plans. These lessons can be tailored or adjusted as needed for the students.
  • Our management team is here to help you. They will ensure you have the proper training, curricular resources, classroom supplies, coaching or whatever you need to be successful in your classroom.
  • Our owner is on-site every day to support our staff and our families. She takes great pride in creating a fun, supportive work environment for our team.
  • You will have scheduled planning time (lead teachers), lunch and bathroom breaks
  • You will have paid professional development each year. Many courses offered online so you can take them at your convenience.
  • You will earn 10 Paid time off days per year (full time employees)
  • You will also have 8 paid holidays. In addition, our school is closed Dec 24th -Jan 1st each year. This is additional paid time off for our full-time employees to spend with their families.
  • You will qualify for medical, dental and vision benefits after your first 30 days (full time employees)
  • Bring your child to work with you. We offer childcare discounts for our full time teachers.
  • We offer tuition reimbursement for teachers to pursue their Child Development Associates Degree.
  • We believe in and follow Kansas Department of Health and Environment licensing requirements and Goddard Quality Assurance standards. We take pride in the quality of care we provide for our families by doing the right thing.

Job Requirements - We are seeking a co-lead Toddler Teacher and Assistant Teachers

Lead Teacher Qualifications:

  • CDA, Associates or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Prior classroom experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
  • Strong written and communication skills

Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience preferred
  • Training available for the right person who is passionate and caring
