Number of positions: 1 to 2

Job details

Guaranteed salary for the first 90 days, then draw vs commission afterwards.

Potential to earn $80k to 150k in your first year.

Qualifications

Experience:

·        Sales, minimum 2 years of experience for a flooring company (Required). Willing to train the right person, prefer experienced sales associates.

·        Customer Service, 3-5 years (Required)

·        Proven and successful track record of sales in the flooring industry (Required)

·        Experience working with the RFMS software for flooring companies is preferred.

We are a locally owned flooring company that has been awarded as one of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Central Texas two years in a row We offer a large variety of flooring products and turn-key flooring services to residential builders, general contractors, remodelers and flippers and realtors in the Austin area and surrounding counties. Required Experience:

Flooring sales experience is important and required for this position. The ideal candidate would:

·        Show confidence and be self-driven to meet sales goals.

·        Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Be flexible and highly organized.

·        Have a successful history of servicing multiple accounts while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

·        Promptly address customer questions and concerns with business savvy solutions or resolution strategies.

·        Be able to work independently as well as be a team member while implementing company defined sales strategies.

·        Have experience in taking accurate measurements both manually and using a laser measure as well as from floorplans.

Job Description:

·        Must be able to manage the job from start to finish.

·        Self-discipline is critical.

·        Ability to handle challenges that may arise in a professional manner.

·        Including identifying and dealing with any product or installation issues.

·        Taking deposits and collecting balances upon completion.

·        RFMS experience preferred.
