Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups, ensuring routes are optimized for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Monitor real-time progress and address any issues that arise.

• Scheduling: Develop and maintain delivery schedules, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer requirements. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or unforeseen circumstances.

• Compliance: Ensure that all drivers adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines. Monitor driver logs and hours of service to prevent violations.

 

Qualifications:

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
• Proficient in using logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
