We are seeking Insurance Sales Associates that can speak both English and Spanish and have a solid understanding of personal and commercial insurance. The right candidates will be self-motivated and excited to help customers find the right insurance products that meet their needs. We value our customers' peace of mind over profits, and act as trusted advisers for all their insurance needs.

As a full-time associate you will work with a team of experienced professionals who share your passion for helping people understand their insurance options and find policies that are right for their needs. Responsibilities:

  • To field questions from our customers regrading product needs, coverage, eligibility and provide billing clarification in a friendly, respectful, and engaging manner.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate State Farm products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Assist clients with existing policies to discover new benefits, discounts and additional programs.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential and existing customers.
  • Track premium payments and renewals. Follow up with clients to make sure policies do not lapse.

Requirements include:

  • Discuss the features and benefits of available insurance plans with clients in both English and Spanish efficiently and effectively.
  • Professional phone etiquette and solid computer skills.
  • Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. People-oriented.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Excited and willing to engage with customers in sales and product-based needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and programs.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and on-time.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Property & Casualty License
  • Life & Health License (or at least willing to obtain)
  • Able to start immediately
