Duties:
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Perform data entry, update and maintain databases
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents and records
- Order office supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have the ability to create spreadsheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
