Our dental group is made up of 4 private dental offices in the Nashville area and there is soon to be a 5th office We're growing fast and we need talented team members to grow with us. Our offices are remodeled, personally designed, and focused on creating excellent patient experiences. Our office leads / treatment coordinators are the operational glue that keeps the office running smooth. If you are looking for your next dental home to grow your career with, this position offers promotion opportunity into the Office Manager role.
We're talking Monday - Thursday 6:45am - 3:30pm and a half day on Friday 7:30am - 1pm. Just bring your A-game in organization and attention to detail. We want someone who knows insurance and treatment coordinating like the back of their hand and thrives on helping patients schedule for treatment

Responsibilities:
- Captain of the patient experience from their very first phone call to the end of their visit We value creativity and out of the box ideas to create memorable patient experiences.
- Maintains a warm and friendly front office and reception, putting patients at ease upon their arrival.
- Uses that great attention to detail to prepare for our patients arrival by thoroughly auditing schedules ensuring all patient paperwork is completed and billing is accurate.
- Keeps our front office organized and squeaky clean
- Forms a dynamic duo with our patient care coordinator, managing front office operations seamlessly
- Assists patients in understanding their insurance estimate, treatment costs, and options for scheduling care.
- Champions accuracy by maintaining up-to-date and precise patient records.
- Ensures our patients stay on track with care by scheduling future appointments.
- Oversees the office revenue cycle ensuring insurance claims are paid accurately and timely for our patients.
- Analyzes practice results to develop new plans for growth.
Skills:
- Proven track record as a skilled and compassionate Office Lead or Treatment Coordinator.
- A keen grasp of insurance verification and providing patient estimates.
- Tech-Savvy with a knack for learning and integrating new software.
- A well-organized and reliable team player, ensuring seamless operations and impeccable patient care.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dental documentation and coding practices
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., OpenDental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of administrative and management experience in a dental office environment
