Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is looking for a Buyer for their manufacturing company on 1st shift in Middleton, MA. This position requires a candidate with at least 3 years of purchasing and buying experience within the manufacturing field or something closely related.

This position will procure materials to meet planned requirements in accordance with inventory stocking policies and procedures; while meeting business objectives of safety, quality, on time delivery. The Buyer will also support daily management activities to ensure commitments are achieved and ensure project management teams are supported.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Buyer/Procurement Specialist.
  • Experience using a business ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience within materials planning and scheduling, and supplier performance management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Location: Middleton, MA
Schedule: Mon-Fri 1st Shift
Pay: 75K-85K
