Job Title: Wi-Fi Cable Installation Specialist - Cable Drop/ Bury Tech (you will go in after Comcast sets up internet and bury the cables from box to the residence)
Location: Stafford, CT area
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Average $300 per day - you are paid per drop at 60.00 per drop completed (5-7 drops on your daily route)
Job Description:
Are you looking for a rewarding outdoor job with opportunities to work independently and interact with customers? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Wi-Fi Cable Installation Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for burying Wi-Fi cables in residential backyards, ensuring a seamless installation experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various job sites within a one-hour radius using your personal truck or van.
- Arrive at each customer’s home, introduce yourself, and inform them that you are there to bury their Wi-Fi cable.
- Efficiently bury Wi-Fi cables in residential backyards, ensuring minimal disruption to the property.
- Use personal tools, including two pairs of pliers and a sharpshooter shovel, to complete tasks all other needed tools will be provided. (this is reimbursed after 30 days)
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred to ensure positive interactions with homeowners.
- Vehicle: Must have a truck or van to transport tools and travel between job sites.
- Tools: Own tools required (two pairs of pliers and a sharpshooter shovel). - reimbursed after 30 days
- Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. - you can work as many or as few days as you like
- Training: No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided for individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Additional Information:
- Work will be conducted in various areas within the metro Stafford region.
- You will be responsible for traveling to multiple addresses each day and completing tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude and good communication skills are essential for this role.
