Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Canvassing Manager. The Canvassing Manager will be responsible for overseeing outreach and door-to-door sales campaigns for our organization. This role involves supervising canvassing efforts within specific neighborhoods or territories, managing a team of canvassers, and developing effective strategies to promote our services.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and manage a team of canvassers to effectively represent the company and generate leads.
• Develop and implement comprehensive canvassing strategies to target specific neighborhoods or territories.
• Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching and support to canvassers to ensure success.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, tracking key metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align canvassing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and motivation among canvassing team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in canvassing, sales, or field marketing, with a track record of success in managing teams and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective canvassing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• May have to work evenings and Saturday's to manage and train your team.
