We are seeking a Convenience Store Deli Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the stores food service sales and sales staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team of retail deli employees
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Order merchandise from vendors, and check in for accuracy
• Monitor Menu and food cost to meet company goals and expectations
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

​Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous food service experience
• Ability to work well with others in a cooperative environment.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets and to adhere to cost and margin requirements.
• Ability to plan, develop and implement efficient and productive systems.
• Ability to supervise, manage and motivate self and staff.
• Commitment to superior customer service.
• Good communication and listening skills.
