NE Millworks is a woodworking company with a reputation for scheduling projects realistically and consistently completing aggressive fast-track projects. We are currently seeking a qualified Millworks Shop Foreman.

The Shop Foreman will work closely with the Shop Manager and other staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and efficiently. The Shop Foreman will have responsibility for on-site supervision and operations, including safety, quality, coordination, and loading material.

Shop Foreman Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the shop staff and equipment, ensuring that all operations are being carried out in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Ensure that production is running efficiently and that all materials and products meet quality standards.
• Train and supervise shop staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
• Monitor the progress of projects an ensure that deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Implement new processes and procedures as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of operations.

Shop Foreman Qualifications:

• Operate/use CNC machine.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to motivate and manage personnel.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
• Knowledge of shop equipment and tools.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
