Location: Belen, NM
Title: Maintenance
Shift: 1st shift
Pay Rate: $23-27 DOE
This is Temp to Hire

Our client is a well known manufacturing company in Belen, NM. This is a great work environment and potential temporary to hire opportunity.

Main Responsibilities
Essential Function 1:
1.Monitor production machine operation to identify malfunctions.
2.Adjusts machines to proper, documented specifications.
3.Performs preventive maintenance, adhering to the scheduled maintenance plan.
Essential Function 2:
1.Maintains workshop in a clean, orderly fashion in accord with 5S principles.
2.Keeps tools and shop equipment clean and in good working order.
3.Utilizes correct PPE at all times for general and specialized job functions.
Essential Function 3:
1Read blueprints, drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine system functions.
2.Prepare reports, complete work orders, report hours per job completed.

Education:
Two years of applicable trade school/college, five years work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Business experience:
Two years of applicable trade school/college, five years work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
