Job Summary:

In this important position, you manage customer queries and orders. You will process orders, and modifications, and escalate client requests across several internal and external communication channels. To do well in this role you need to remain calm when required to multi-task, customers are frustrated, and vendors are not producing per the expectations set forth. Must possess good phone and computer skills.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Effectively communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer issues, escalating through the management chain when necessary
  • Knowing and thoroughly understanding the service offerings and answering customer questions.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with a high degree of accuracy and within established service levels and the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Effectively communicating and coordinating with colleagues
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and recommending process improvements.
  • Provide Project Management support.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Utilize the internet to identify clinics, vendors, and research industry-specific regulations.
  • Focus on accuracy and completion of tasks on time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word & excel) and ability to learn internal customer management software.
  • Regular onsite attendance
  • Customer focus attitude

Qualifications/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • An associate degree in Business, Allied Health, or Health Care Administration is required. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Medical Clinic or hospital operations.
  • Experience in project management preferred.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint),
  • experience with SharePoint/Teams preferred.
