We are excited to offer an opportunity to become a valued member of our team at our newly established facility in Ravenna. Our client, a well-established company with a long-standing presence in the area, has recently relocated from Youngstown and undergone extensive renovations to create a modern and efficient workspace.
Position: General Warehouse Personnel Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Job Description:
As a General Warehouse Personnel, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Order Preparation: Processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and efficiently placing orders in the delivery area.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely loading and unloading delivery trucks to facilitate timely shipments and deliveries.
• Quality Service: Providing high-quality service by adhering to organizational standards and procedures.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Preserving a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat and organized.
• Compliance: Promoting cleanliness in the shipping supply area by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and supporting colleagues as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Coordination and Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
• Time Management: Capacity to effectively manage time to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Inventory Control: Experience or understanding of inventory management processes and procedures.
• Equipment Maintenance: Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Dependability: Reliable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling job responsibilities consistently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
• Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Forklift Experience: Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
