Founded in 2009, MPower is a customer-based renewable energy company. Our Solar Division focuses on educating homeowners on how to combat ever-rising electricity bills while contributing to a cleaner environment for future generations.  In 2023, our solar division experienced over 900% growth, and in 2024, we will rank number one in new solar installations for the New York City area.  We have opened two new offices in the last three months and are preparing to open more offices in the North East. What is an Entry Level Solar Appointment Setter?

As a solar appointment setter, you will educate homeowners about how solar energy can reduce or eliminate their electricity bills while keeping our environment cleaner for our kids and grandchildren. You will help homeowners by setting appointments with them for one of our Solar Specialists. 

This role is entry level and has two career paths you can get promoted into: advancement in sales into a  Solar Specialist or advancements in leadership into Solar Setter Management.

The ideal candidate is looking to level up, has a positive mental attitude, is Goal-oriented, and wants to build generational wealth.

Income Expectations:

On-target weekly earnings with base pay, commissions, and bonuses are $1400-$2000 weekly. This role has a W2.
