Schedule: 1st shift starts at 5 am/6 am, Monday-Saturday plus over time as needed.

Pay rate: $18+ DOE.

Job Description:

Order entry clerk is responsible for companies order data entry procedures, which can include entering orders, running orders through the factory and general office responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Accurately enter and process customer orders.

· Order filing

· Politely, professionally, accurately and on a timely basis respond to all incoming purchase orders.

· Be responsible for the accuracy of model numbers and quantities of items ordered by customers.

· Must be organized and able to stay on top of customers’ open orders and respond to customer special requests.

· Develop basic understanding of products, part numbers, and product features.

Requirements and Skills:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to lift 50lbs.

· Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.

· Must be able to speak/write English and communicate.
