Irrigation Foreman

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client in Byron Center is seeking an Irrigation Foreman/Service Tech to join our dynamic team Candidates should have experience in irrigation installation, service/repair, pump maintenance, winterization, and spring activation, as well as align with our core values: team first, motivated to move forward, and embrace their role. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. A valid driver’s license and a positive attitude are required.

FULLTIME Direct Hire
$18-$24/hr
Day Shift
**Must provide resume showing experience
Bilingual a plus but not required
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees, ensuring irrigation systems are complete & running properly.
• Follows directions from Irrigation Manager.
• Operate and maintain assigned vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure job sites are safe and clean at all times.
• Train crew members to develop their skills and enhance team performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in irrigation installation, service/repair, pump maintenance, winterization, and spring activation
• Ability to operate various equipment safely
• Good listening skills and ability to take direction
• Availability to work days and occasionally some weekends
• Valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude
