We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. As a Plumber at Serenity Plumbing Inc., you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in a variety of settings.  Must have experience with service, rough-ins and plumbing fixture trims-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and installation of some appliances.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing systems.
  • Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and prevent potential issues.
  • Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other professionals on construction projects.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and answering questions about plumbing systems and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program preferred.
  • Valid plumbing license in the state of Virginia is preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a plumber is required.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
