In need of an energetic, ambitious, intelligent, hardworking individual willing to help build a new branch office for a long-established sign supply & equipment company. An entrepreneur attitude will help build our client base as well as maintain our current customer by providing incredible customer service. Your efforts will receive immediate appreciation from our customers as well as extra financial compensation for you.
This position involves helping customers with their Roland wide format equipment and selecting the correct media to use with their printer. Knowledge of the sign and graphic industry is essential.
Daily Duties
- Answer and make outbound calls with customers to promote and recommend FFN products.
- Provide quotes for customers on equipment purchases.
- Provide customers via phone with operation advice of their Roland or other sign making equipment.
- Provide customers via phone with selecting FFN’s media products.
- Very computer capable with word, excel, and order entry systems.
Basic Background Requirements
High School graduation with some collage experience or other higher education
- Mechanical and/or electronic experience
- Enjoys learning, working and achieving success for your customers.
- Well versed with MS word, Outlook and Excel
- Wide format equipment knowledge and can be trained on Roland printing equipment.
Preferred: If you have the following experience, let’s talk
- Order entry computer system.
- Experience with Flexi, Signlab, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop software
- Sign and graphic experience, hands on vinyl applications
- Operations of Roland printer/cutter or other brands of sign making equipment.
- The use of Orafol/Arlon/General Formulation vinyl media.
- Sign and graphic industry or similar sign making experience.
Excellent base salary plus commission structure, 401K, Medical benefits, potential to manage this branch office within 7 – 10 years.
