Local Apartment Complex is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in managing. Must be fluent in English. and Spanish is 2nd language. Along with the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction or rehabilitation projects for an apartment community.   Must have HVAC certification, with own tools  Hours are 6 am to 4 pm Monday through Friday, and as needed after hours,
