Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC/ Shop Manager to join our team. As a CNC/Shop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our CNC machines and ensuring the production of high-quality parts. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who can effectively manage a team and drive productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts

  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met

  • Cabinet builder/ installing occasionally

  • Ordering material for upcoming projects

  • Managing going out in the field with a team

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cabinet making or related field

  • Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools

  • Cabinet layout & design experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.

  • Must have a strong attention to detail, note taking, and organization

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Monday-Friday 
  • 1st shift 
  • $25-$30 DOE
