Talent One Recruitment and Staffing is in search of an Aerospace Quality Assurance Manager. 

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for establishing and providing direction and training to quality department personnel to ensure that responsibilities are carried out in a timely and professional manner. 

Job Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Friday) (O.T. as needed). 
Payrate: $90k - $110k 

Requirements:

  • BS in Quality Engineering
  • 10+ Years experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Industry
  • Through Knowledge of FAA 
  • Drug Test required
  • Background test required 

Job Duties: 

  • Develops, implements, manages and integrates a QMS that complies with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and approved specifications and recommendations. 
  • Work with group QA personnel to ensure consistent policies, procedures, and processes where applicable. 
  • Understand and comply with OEM, customer requirements. 
  • Initiate and implements quality improvement activities (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) to improve product quality. 
  • Manage problem identification, root caused analysis, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement. 
  • Provide tools and training necessary for success and establish goals and objectives for growth. 
  • Ensure necessary quality control procedures are in place. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
