Inside Sales/ Estimator – Construction, Stone Fabrication

We are seeking an experienced estimator with inside sales experience to join our team that works with both commercial and residential building projects.

Position Responsibilities / Duties

• Answer telephones and handle all requests

• Assist and educate customers about the process of stone fabrication

• Preparation of estimates, contracts, cut sheets and job folders for customers

• Learn and become proficient in using estimating software including accurate data entry

• Assertive follow up on project details and lead times to assure timely project flow

• Telephone follow-up on previously submitted proposals

• Maintaining comprehensive and organized customer files

• Provide remedies and solutions to customer issues

• Timely preparation of estimate sale agreements

• Assure satisfaction of both internal and external customers in all company dealings

• Communication of incoming and outgoing material activities

• Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications

• 2 years experience with construction related estimating and sales

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Evenings, weekends, and overtime needed as required

• Auto CAD required
