Warehouse Clerk

Temp to perm

3:30am start time Monday-Friday, end time is around 11:30am-12pm. Saturdays as Needed

 

SUMMARY:

 

Responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse..

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Must be proficient with a pallet jack and have experience with a forklift. Licenses for both strongly preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter and willing to fill in on the production line when it’s slow
  • Responsible for taking inventory at the end of the day
  • Must be able to fill out paperwork and sign receiving documents
  • Receiving and processing stock: clerks receive and process incoming materials and stock
  • Maintaining project documentation, such as database entry and reports.
  • Picking and filling orders: Warehouse clerks pick and fill orders from stock.
  • Communicating the project's progress to team members

  • Other office duties assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English, bilingual strongly preferred
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and pay close attention to details
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Proficient computer skills

 

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

  • This environment is a warehouse environment. Stand, bending, lifting, for long periods of time. Temperature in the environment can vary from cold to hot in different areas of the warehouse.
