Job DescriptionJob Description

As the Director of Sales & Account Management, you'll be at the helm of our dynamic Sales and Marketing team, answering directly to the CEO. Your role encompasses three pivotal areas:

  1. Leadership: You'll lead our Sales and Marketing Team through comprehensive training, efficient process management, setting ambitious yet achievable goals, and ensuring accountability at every step.

  2. Client Management: You'll continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of our major client lines, driving them to new heights through strategic marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, tailored training programs, and other sales development endeavors.

  3. Marketing Strategy and Execution: You'll spearhead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for multiple clients venturing into E-Commerce and National Retail Accounts. This involves collaborating closely with our vendor clients and Retail partners to optimize both the in store and online purchase journeys, boost vendor-specific online and in-store traffic, and enhance conversion rates. Your responsibilities include driving assortment management, managing promotional and marketing plans to drive business for the client, devising plans to optimize and uphold product content, crafting traffic-generating strategies utilizing various marketing channels, and conducting thorough analysis through tailored KPI reports.
