Looking for a dedicated team member that can provide bids for projects that are assigned to them. As well as manage a small group of employees. The job is full-time. Must have experience in the construction industry and understand how to use estimating software as well as be able to handle multiple different projects at once. Have to be good in working in small groups.

Shawn D. Buck was submersed in construction growing up in Michigan. Therefore, it seemed a natural progression to join the construction industry as so many family members had before him. He joined the UA local and was accepted into the five year apprentice program for plumbers and pipefitters. After ten years of service and acquiring an immense wealth of knowledge in the industrial and commercial industry, Shawn decided it was time to make a move south. It was his strong desire to open his own plumbing company that inspired this move. Ten years later, Shawn and his team have created one of the largest plumbing companies in Monroe County. Throughout these ten years, Seaway Plumbing, Inc. has been awarded several high-profile projects in Monroe County due to his vast experience and knowledge in the industry.
