Four-attorney estate planning/administration, business planning and real estate law firm, with offices in Geneseo and Moline, is seeking an experienced legal secretary/paralegal to serve as executive assistant for senior partner. Will involve work in both Moline, IL & Geneseo, IL offices. Must be assertive, highly organized, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer skills. Position includes high client contact, extensive calendar management and document production management.
