The ideal candidate is an excellent writer with strong research and analytical skills. Job Duties:
Identify and designate treating MPN physicians
Review medical reports and follow-up on physician recommendations
Assist attorneys with pretrial and trial preparation
Provide case status updates to applicants
Draft advocacy letters, petitions, and pre-trial statements
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working within the workers' compensation system
Understanding of workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and procedures
Exceptional writing skills
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong technology skills
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
9am - 5:30pm
