Warehouse Reception Clerk

D&G Transportation is seeking an experienced clerk for driver check-in at our storage facility in Germantown WI. D&G Climate Control is a multi-temperature warehouse, serving both our customers in the Milwaukee area while working closely with our cross-dock facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer & process fast paced incoming calls with professionalism
• Comprehend Bills of Lading
• Manage logging & paperwork 
• Assignment of forklift operators to load and unload freight
• Effectively communicate with all personnel in departments within
• Putting forth respect to both internal and external customers at all times

Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills. Good knowledge with Microsoft Office products. Characteristics of honesty and transparency is expected. Multi-tasking throughout the day is imperative for success. Prior experience is preferred to handle the capacity, but willing to train the right fit.        Bi-lingual is a plus.

This is a 2nd shift position with training on 1st shift. Full time, non-exempt 
Rate of pay:  $18-$22 per hour.
